The Sarnevesht Residence is a luxury home in the heart of Beverly Hills, featuring a highly efficient Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) HVAC system with 40 tons of modular capacity. The project has used heat pump water heaters (HPWHs) to minimize carbon emissions and improve hot water delivery efficiency using demand-controlled recirculation loops. The electrical system integrates Title 24–compliant lighting, smart sensors, and automated controls to ensure peak energy performance. Full Title 24 energy compliance documentation was provided to support permit approval.
